Ben is a corporate associate focusing his practice on general business affairs and commercial transactions. Before joining our firm, Ben spent several years as an associate at a boutique law firm in Albany, specializing in commercial real estate.
His expertise includes private equity offerings, joint ventures, tax credit equity financing, and related matters. Ben was recently named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Upstate New York. He is licensed to practice in both New York and Florida.
A native of the Capital region, Ben graduated magna cum laude from Albany Law School and holds a B.S. in Economics from SUNY Albany.
