Cara Laporta
Associate – Pending Admission
Cara is a litigation associate, pending bar admission, at the Firm.
Cara earned her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law Schol, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2024. While in law school, Cara participated in Moot Court competitions and received the award for Third Best Appellate Brief in the Domenick L. Gabrielli Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Competition. In addition, Cara participated in the Pro Bono Scholars Program, and Volunteer Income Tax Clinic while attending Albany Law School.
Prior to attending law school, Cara earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Union College in 2021, graduating cum laude.
During her free time, Cara enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
