Louis D. Bianchi

Louis advises businesses and commercial entities on a wide range of general corporate, business and transactional matters, including without limitation, entity formation and management, commercial real estate transactions, contract drafting and review, mergers and acquisitions, loan transactions, and general corporate governance and compliance issues.

Immediately prior to joining the firm, Louis was an associate in the corporate and commercial transaction group with a Capital Region full service law firm.

Louis earned his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Additionally, while at Albany Law School of Union University, Louis served as a member of Albany Law Review,  a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Vice President of Albany Law Basketball Club.

Louis holds Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. While at Siena College, Louis received honors as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Delta Epsilon Sigma and the 21st Century Leaders Society. He also played for, and served as the captain of, Siena’s Club Baseball team, which finished 8th in the country.
