Bob is a graduate of Albany Law School (JD), Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Ph.D. in economics), The William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA in corporate finance), and Pomona College (BA in mathematical economics). Besides being an Of Counsel attorney with the Firm, Bob is an economics professor, teaching courses in financial markets, law & economics, and micro economic theory. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a founder of Valuation Resource Group, a financial litigation consulting firm, where he provided expert testimony in complex financial matters for nearly twenty years. He has extensive experience in business valuations, equitable distribution and complex financial issues pertaining to divorce and family law matters.
Bob is a member of the New York State Bar Association, its Family Law and Trust and Estates Sections. He lectures regularly on the topics of law and economics. He has presented for the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, the CDACD, the NYS Council on Divorce Mediation, and the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association.
