The Wagoner Firm is looking for a part-time legal assistant / office manager to join our growing, fast-paced law firm. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of prior, applicable experience.
This is the perfect position for an experienced legal assistant looking to downsize their employment obligations. The candidate needs to be organized, detail-oriented and aligned with the operations of an innovative law practice. Familiarity with QuickBooks and some bookkeeping a plus.
Job duties include:
- Filing and general office organization;
- Calendaring and scheduling;
- Basic business formation assistance;
- Drafting and/or revising correspondence, business documents and litigation documents;
- Additional office tasks, as assigned.
Part time, 10-20 hours per week with flexibility to work in the office office or from home. Preferred 10 years experience.
