The Wagoner Firm is looking for its next Associate Attorney. The right person for the job will be able to “hit the ground running.”
Ideal candidates will have excellent research and writing skills, a penchant for details and advocacy, combined with some degree of business savvy.
The successful candidate will immediately collaborate on complex Commercial Litigation matters and will be given a great deal of responsibility to handle “routine” matters independently. As a result, candidates must be quick studies – able to engage with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
The Associate will also have the opportunity to work alongside our thriving Emerging Ventures, Corporate, and Transactional practice with clients from around the country and the globe.
The Wagoner Firm believes collaboration with its multifaceted team ensures the most thoughtful and creative solutions for its clients. Life experience matters in this context, and is considered a factor in the hiring process.
The firm offers an environment that supports personal and professional growth without micro-management or dogmatic resistance to fresh and innovative ideas.
Associates at The Wagoner Firm have immediate opportunities for direct client interaction, and will be encouraged and supported in building up their own book of business. Competence, hustle, drive, and creativity are necessary to keep up in this environment, and successful Associates are rewarded for their efforts.
The Wagoner Firm embraces education and technology to provide a modern law firm at the vanguard of representation. We seek an Associate Attorney who thrives on challenges, is industrious, and entrepreneurial. We are willing to consider a variety of compensation and benefits packages that contemplate productivity and client development, among other things.
Experience:
- 1–5 years litigation experience a must
- Business and / or military experience preferred, but not required
Compensation will commensurate with experience and portable book of business if applicable.
