Attorney Gora, Of Counsel to the Firm, is a seasoned litigator and corporate attorney. He has represented clients in over 100 cases in federal and state courts throughout the country and advised businesses and individuals in enforcement actions and investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Financial Institute Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and state agencies, including the Connecticut Department of Banking. Rich has and continues to litigate high profile business disputes, white-collar and securities fraud cases, as well as employment claims.
