Associate
Susan represents clients in complex commercial litigation and transactional matters. Susan manages all aspects of pre-trial litigation and trial preparation, in both federal and state court, for matters involving partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, Uniform Commercial Code claims, and breach of contract. As part of the Firm’s In-House Counsel Experience, Susan assists clients with general business matters, entity formation, membership transfers, due diligence preparation, and more. Prior to joining the Firm, Susan worked at a prominent New York City firm defending institutional clients in medical malpractice and general liability claims.
During her time at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Susan competed in the American Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Competition and was inducted into the Order of Solicitors. Susan continues to serve the College as a member of the Young Alumni Advisory & Pro Bono Council for the Center for International Business and Human Rights at OU Law. The Center’s mission is to foster the growth of human rights in the Heartlands by providing academic think-tank support on international business and human rights issues.
