
Benjamin Goes
Associate
As a corporate associate, Ben will be concentrating his practice on general business matters and commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, forming and structuring business entities, and conducting due diligence and research to protect clients embarking on new ventures.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben spent several years as an associate at Sciocchetti Taber, PLLC, a boutique law firm specializing in commercial real estate, where he focused his practice on using legal entities to structure complex business relationships, with experience in private equity offerings, joint ventures, tax credit equity financing and similar matters.
Ben was recently named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Upstate New York in 2023. He is licensed to practice in both New York and Florida.
A Capital Region native and former member of the Guilderland Board of Education, Ben graduated magna cum laude from Albany Law School in 2018, and holds a B.S. in Economics from SUNY Albany.
When not practicing law, Ben devotes much of his time to attending and serving at liturgical services of the Orthodox Church in America. Ben is a Trustee and the Secretary of St. Basil’s Russian Orthodox Church in Watervliet, and maintains an affiliation with, and regularly contributes his time and talents to supporting, several other Orthodox churches in the region.
