The Wagoner Firm Expands Practice to Criminal & Personal Injury Law; Addressing Increased Demand
ALBANY, N.Y. – Local law firm, The Wagoner Firm PLLC, focuses on serving the entrepreneurship community in and beyond the Capital Region. In response to the firm’s growing caseload, The Wagoner Firm has expanded its team, hiring attorney Matthew Toporowski.
The Wagoner Firm PLLC, was founded on the belief that traditional law firms do not adequately meet the needs of entrepreneurs and startups. To best craft legal services to these early stage ventures, the Firm created its patented In-House Counsel Experience to provide business owners with cost-effective legal advice and entrepreneurial business council.
Toporowski will be joining The Wagoner Firm as a Senior Associate; he is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. Most recently, he was an associate at a national plaintiffs law firm in Manhattan where he litigated product liability cases against large corporations in state and federal court. Prior to that he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Albany County and regularly tried cases in local, city, and county court. His legal career began in Albany at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, where he aided the Justices in deciding both criminal and civil appeals as a law clerk.
Toporowski will handle the increased litigation demand at the Firm, which will include both criminal and personal injury litigation.
