This past December, The Wagoner Team facilitated the successful acquisition of Delmar’s Upstate Wine & Spirits for our clients, Dave Hostig and Rob Wentworth. As part of the closing, The Wagoner Team was able to procure an expedited approval of a license from the New York State Liquor Authority, allowing Upstate Wine and Spirits to keep its doors open throughout the height of the holiday season. We are happy to have performed for our clients and remain excited to aid in their future success.
